Simon Butler, the great guy who did pixels on basically all Sqrxz parts released so far, started his own little project. It’s a children book named “The Little Things in Life” and is currently active on Kickstarter for the next four weeks! Kindly have a look at his project and consider donating to his project! Sqrxz would be possibly not what it is without Simon!

Along with all Sqrxz parts, we will be at the 6th Retro-Börse Vienna tomorrow, also presenting Giana’s Return and Xump for the Wii as first release. Thanks to our Wii-Porter Fabio! The homepage might not be updated immediate, so the first-release will remain exclusive for this event in Vienna.

Welcome to Danish artist Jan Jenson in the Retroguru family who will support us with graphics artwork. You can find his homepage at http://www.janart.dk/. In particular he is helping a bit on Sqrxz 4 for now. (koj)

With the help of Simon Butler, one of the best pixel graphics artist known on earth, the graphical artwork for Sqrxz 4 has begun today!

With pleasure we teamed up with Dreamcast.es and can offer free floppy disks with Sqrxz and Sqrxz 2 at RetroMadrid (limited supply, so be fast!). RetroMadrid is hold this weekend and will be the first chance for Spanish Amiga-Fans to get a physical version – the game is free, certainly we will not mind if you donate a bit so we can cover our production costs. The game is available at the Dreamcast.es-Booth.

This might sound odd, but Indiket, who is part of Dreamcast.es as well, ported all Sqrxz parts to Dreamcast, so this seemed the best solution having a real team member giving away Sqrxz.

Sqrxz 1 Amiga OCS won the first place, and Sqrxz 2 Amiga OCS the second place in the Amiga68k category at the Amiga Games Award 2012. Thanks to everyone! We will make sure to recode Sqrxz 3 for Amiga OCS too sometime this year!

The Sqrxz homepage finally has a fresh facelift!

We are currently restructuring the pages and prepare for the very official release of Sqrxz 3. The pre-version v0.80 was only available for Dreamcast, now it’s time to get everyone served :)
